Mizithra

Mizithra is one of the oldest Greek cheeses. It belongs to the category of whey cheeses. It is made from the whey resulting from the production of Feta. Mizithra is fresh, and slightly salted, with a soft, fresh taste and aroma.

MIZITHRA KLEPKOS is used in cooking and pastry making it an ideal filling for pies. It is packed in tinplate containers of 19kg.
