Our company, respecting first of all the consumer, aims at high quality production. This is ensured firstly due the exceptional quality of its raw material (fresh and pure goats and sheep’s milk, that come from free pasture grazing herds in the surrounding mountainous regions. The milk is subject to daily quality inspection) and secondly due to the outstanding facilities and technical infrastructure as well as abiding by the latest quality and hygiene specifications.


The production of feta cheese from our company is certified as P.D.O. that is, Protected Designation of Origin certified by AGROCERT. We also apply a completed HACCP program and ISO 9001with regard to the guarantee of hygiene and quality of our products. In an effort to continuously develop and improve the production process we are in process of approval for the Certified System of Management for Food Safety (ISO 22000: 2005)
