White cheese made from 100% fresh pasteurized Greek goat's milk mainly from the goats of the Mileonas estate in the Krousa mountains. It is a handmade cheese with less salt and almost no lactose, maturing in brine for at least 2 months. 

It is quite spicy, strongly aromatic and hard cheese, as it drains for a long time. Mileonas can be found in 370 grams of fixed weight in stores all over Greece.

It accompanies every Greek dish and is an ideal addition to fresh salads.
