Myzithra is produced from the curd of sheep and goats milk. It is distributed in tin containers of 18 kg and airtight packs (vacuum) of 500gr. 

  • It is made from wheat flour and contains salt (fat on dry weight  65%, humidity max 70%)

  • The product is kept refrigerated < 4 °C

  • It expires 12 months after the date of the pack
