Cream Cheese

It is made from whey that is eliminated during the preparation of hard and semi-hard cheeses.

Soft whey cheese, packaged in portions 250gr -300gr.

Production process:

  • Of sheep cheese or goat cheese

  • High fat (more than 1.5%) resulting in a fat-rich cheese (over 15%)

  • Anthotyro can be eaten either fresh or dried for 1-2 weeks
